Ford pleaded to having one abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,380 and ordered to surrender his gear, abalone and fishing license and privileges. - Michael M. Ford had two abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,488. All other provisions were as Michael G. Ford's above. - Brian M., Martin J., and Robert D. Hatler all were arraigned for felony possession of abalone and felony conspiracy to take abalone. They will enter pleas on Aug. 17. - Wen H. Li pleaded no contest to failure to replace two abalone. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,488, and was ordered to surrender his license, gear, abalone and privileges. - Richard A. Martin and Richard S. Martin pleaded not guilty to taking three abalone over the limit each. Their next hearing with an attorney will be Aug. 11. - Va D. Phong was arraigned for having one abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,380, and ordered to surrender his abalone, gear and license. - Bat A. Su had two abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12- month probation, fined $1,488, and ordered to forfeit his gear, abalone, fishing license and abalone punch card. - Sang T. Ung admitted having two abalone over the limit.
