- Chiam H. Saefong and Low H. Saefong were arraigned for alleged possession of three abalone each over the limit. They will enter their pleas on Aug. 19.
- Jim C. Saelee was arraigned for allegedly having two abalone over the limit. He will enter a plea on Aug. 19.
- Mae Saelee and Timmy S. Saelee were each arraigned for allegedly possessing three abalone over the limit and will enter pleas on Aug. 19.
- Guoping N. Wen pleaded guilty to possessing one abalone over the limit and failure to show the one abalone to game wardens. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $2,557, a large part of the fine being proportioned in lieu of five days in MCJ.

- Alfonso M. Ayon failed to fill out his abalone report card. Judge Brennan reduced the charge to an infraction and fined Ayon $202.50.
- After pleading no contest to possessing one undersized abalone, Guan K. Chen was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to surrender any dive gear and/or abalone that was/were seized.
- Yineng Chen was placed on a 24-month probation, sentenced to seven days in MCJ, and fined $1,998 for possessing seven abalone over the limit. His fishing license was suspended for the term of his probation and his dive gear and abalone were forfeited.
- Peter Y. Cho, in possession of one untagged abalone, was fined $1,350. Judge Brennan, on the court's motion, reduced the charge to an infraction.
- Stanley Y. Chon, in possession of one untagged abalone, was fined $1,350 after Judge Brennan reduced the matter to an infraction.
- Neal A. Essary was fined $1,350 for possessing one abalone out of the shell. He was placed on a 12-month probation with a no fishing clause for the duration of his probation and ordered to forfeit any gear that was seized.
- Yue G. Guan had two abalone over the limit and was fined $1,458. He was placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.
- Yue Q. Hu pleaded guilty to having two abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing for that time period. He was fined $1,458 and ordered to forfeit gear and abalone seized.
- Zhi R. Huang was fined $1,350, ordered to forfeit his dive gear, and placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing when he pleaded guilty to altering his abalone report card.
- Michael J. Kelly was placed on a 12-month DA Diversion with the promise that his dive gear would be returned at the end of a successful probation.
- Hung Y. Lai was placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing allowed and ordered to forfeit his abalone for not having his license in his possession.
- Timothy M. Lamb pleaded guilty to having four abalone out of the shell. He was placed on a no-fishing 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.
- Edward D. Lee was placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing allowed and ordered to forfeit his abalone for not having his license in his possession.
- Bing R. Liao's failure to fill out his report card was reduced to an infraction and he was fined $182.
- Ken K. Lin was placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing allowed and ordered to forfeit his abalone for not having his license in his possession.
- Jian X. Liu was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation when he admitted he had one undersized abalone. He was fined $1,350 and ordered to surrender his catch of turban snails and gooseneck barnacles along with the little abalone.
- Edward R. Mack was placed on a 12-month DA Diversion with no fishing for one year. His gear will be returned upon completion of a successful probation.
- Larry P. Mays had one abalone over the limit. Judge Brennan reduced the matter to an infraction and fined Mays $202.50.
- Ken M. Ng was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear when he pleaded guilty to altering his abalone report card.
- Steven E. Reingold had his charge of transporting abalone out of the shell reduced to an infraction and was fined $202.50.
- Ling N. Rui pleaded guilty to having one abalone out of the shell and one not tagged. He was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation, fined $1,458, and ordered to forfeit his gear.
- Wing P. Tam pleaded guilty to having two abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation. He was also fined $1,458, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.
- Yoshi Umeki-White was fined $217 for using someone else's fishing license.
- Fang Q. Wang admitted altering his abalone card and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his gear and abalone.
- Sin Y. Wei failed to possess an abalone report card and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.
- Shujian Yin pleaded no contest to possessing an altered report card and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation. He was also fined $1,350 and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.
- Kwon Y. Youn pleaded no contest to not having his abalone tagged. That matter was reduced to an infraction and he was fined $182.50.
- Fei J. Yu pleaded guilty to having two abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation. He was also fined $1,458 and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.
- Jing L. Yu pleaded guilty to possessing four abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation, fined $1,674, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.
- Jinxiang Yu had two abalone over the limit and was fined $1,458, ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone and was placed on a no fishing, 12-month probation.
- Kam S. Yu had two abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month, no fishing probation, fined $1,458, and ordered to surrender his dive gear and abalone.
- Kevin Y. Yu had one undersized abalone and was fined $1,350. He was also placed on a 12-month probation and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.
- Huantong N. Yuan was fined $202.50 for throwing a cigarette butt into the ocean.
- Richard Yung threw a cigarette butt into the ocean and Judge Brennan, on the court's own motion, dismissed the charge.
- Guan D. Zhang had one undersized abalone and was placed on a 12-month no fishing probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.
- Sen W. Zhang had one undersized abalone and the court reduced the charge to an infraction and fined him $182.50.
- Di A. Zhou threw a plastic water bottle in the ocean and Judge Brennan reduced the matter to an infraction and fined him $202.50. Zhou also failed to fill out his license properly. Judge Brennan also reduced that to an infraction and fined him $202.50.
