- Hyon S. Bonardi was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,566, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear for having three abalone taken by another.

- Robert F. Burke had one abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and was ordered to forfeit his gear and abalone.

- Caroline B. Carey possessed one abalone taken by another. She was fined $1,350 and placed on a 12-month probation.

- Ting B. Chen pleaded guilty to possessing three abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,566, and ordered to forfeit his abalone and dive gear.

- Jing Z. Chen had two abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,458, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Ri Q. Chen possessed one abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Henry H. Chiu failed to reattach an abalone. He was fined $1,350, placed on a 12-month probation, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Han Y. Cho was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,566, and was ordered to forfeit his dive gear for having three abalone taken by another.

- Soon H. Chon had one undersized abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Mike A. Cooc had two abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,458, and was ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Janice Y. Earl possessed three abalone taken by Robert M. Earl. They were both placed on 12-month probations, fined $1,566, and ordered to forfeit their abalone and dive gear.

- Quay C. Hoang possessed one undersized abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350.

- Nicky Huang had two abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,458.

- Yi Huang had three abalone over the limit and was fined $1,566. He was also placed on a 12-month probation with no fishing terms.

- Si O. Ko failed to attach one abalone to its rock and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350 with forfeiture.

- Karman K. Kwong failed to attach two abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,458, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Hung C. Lau had three abalone over the limit and was fined $1,566, ordered to forfeit his dive gear, and placed on a 12-month probation.

- Brandon T. Le had one abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his abalone and gear.

- Kek P. Lian possessed six abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 24-month probation, fined $1,890, and was sentenced to five days in MCJ (SWAP authorized).

- Bing C. Liang had one abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,350, and ordered to forfeit his abalone and gear.

- Shun H. Lin failed to attach one abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350.

- Zhen W. Lin had one abalone taken by another. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350.

- Chong C. Lucey possessed three abalone taken by another. She was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,566.

- A. N. Luong failed to attach one abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350.

- Gary L. Maderos was trying to teach a friend how to take an abalone. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350 for his efforts (see Carolyn B. Carey above).

- Virgilio Manganaan had one abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350.

- Kevin M. McCarthy had two abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,458, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear and abalone.

- L. R. McWilliams had two abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Eung S. Park failed to attach one abalone and was fined $1,350 with a 12-month probation and no fishing for the term of the probation.

- An N. Nguyen failed to have his abalone card with him and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,242.

- Rodolfo O. Opinaldo had one abalone too many and was placed on a 12-month probation with a $1,350 fine.

- Shannon L. Phillips was arraigned for alleged felony conspiracy to take abalone for commercial purposes and misdemeanor ROD. He will enter a plea on July 28.

- Carl B. Rollins had two abalone taken by another. He was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,458, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Ben T. Truong failed to have his abalone card with him and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,242.

- David W. Tsai had one abalone taken by another. He was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350.

- Xiaochang Wang had one abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350 with a forfeiture order.

- Yan N. Wang failed to attach three abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation, fined $1,566, and ordered to forfeit his dive gear.

- Jia J. Zheng was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,350 for having one abalone over the limit.

- Pin G. Zheng failed to attach two abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,458.

- Rongfu Zheng failed to attach two abalone and was placed on a 12-month probation and fined $1,458.
