This is a call for action to all sportsmen:

During the last week in August three men Vu Troung, Bich Tran and Tung Duong were arrested by Dept of Fish and Game agents on suspicion of harvesting abalone for commercial sale.

As sportsmen we need to unite against poaching and voice our outrage to the judicial system.

These offenders will be tried in Marin county although the abalone were taken in Sonoma County.

We need to support the Marin county District Attorney in prosecuting these poachers to the full extent.
